We spend so much of our lives learning how to manage.
We adapt, accommodate, and stay strong for others. We live in anxiety or numbness trying to hold it all together.Â
We disconnect from what feels too much to hold, yet somewhere inside, we keep longing for real connection. Both to our own experience and to others.Â
We are looking to find that solid ground within ourselves from which our vitality springs forth, giving us a sense of trust within us.Â
But we struggle to find that trust and it wears us down, it wears down our vitality.Â
Aliveness comes when we slow down enough to listen, when we learn to relate to our emotions, our bodies, and each other in a new way.
My work supports that return.
It’s about helping people reconnect with what’s true inside them and create the safety, structure, and presence needed to live and love more fully, from the inside-out.
When we restore connection within, our relationships change too. Communication deepens, boundaries strengthen, and a natural ease begins to emerge.
This work is grounded in presence, compassion, and practice.
It’s not about fixing what’s wrong. It’s about remembering your capacity to feel, relate, and create from a grounded, embodied place.
We start right where you are.
For much of my early life, I was moving fast, caught in cycles of doing, achieving, and quietly carrying what I didn’t know how to feel.
This included carrying loads of anxiety without feeling it. That's what my system had been conditioned to live.Â
And on the outside, I looked steady. Inside, my anxiety was increasingly unsustainable and I began to realize there was something more I need to do, a deeper honesty waiting to be lived.
That search brought me into years of practice, study, and experience.
I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University and a BA in Psychology from Wesleyan.
Beyond academics, my real education has been through the body, through movement, stillness, relationship, and the art of staying present with what is.
I’ve trained in:
- Somatic therapy and embodiment work (Laban–Bartenieff Institute)
- Parts Work and Internal Family Systems (IFS-inspired)
- Developmental trauma and nervous system repair
- Spiritual constellations and systems healing
- Embodied boundary work, voice work, and emotional processing
These practices don’t just inform what I teach. They are how I live.
I work with people who are ready to ground and center in the home of their own experience, their own body, with honesty, care, and trust.Â
Many of the people I work with are:
- Overly responsible for others and ready to learn balanced connection
- Struggling with anxiety, racing thoughts, and/or living in one's head.
- Feeling emotionally flat or disconnected and wanting to feel alive again
- High-functioning and externally successful but tired of holding it all together (and experiencing their intimate relationship struggle as a result).Â
- Sensitive, creative, and ready to live with clarity and self-trust
- Wanting to relate with more ease in love, work, and community
The people I support are already wise. They don’t need more information, but rather space to integrate, feel, and move forward in a way that’s real.
That’s what this work offers:
A path back to presence, connection, and authentic aliveness in yourself and in your relationships.
